As a speaker Niki focuses on leadership and strategy. She has spoken on almost every continent. Niki is a past president of NSA NT, the 1^st Charbonneau recipient and the 1^st woman to chair NSA’s V.O. E.

As the producer/ executive producer of the PBS tv program on KERA PBS, now on the air for 32 years, she has chosen guests for the program and has coached 100’s of heads of states, celebrities and just  plain every day folks on how to  wow audiences.

PANELIST:  Linda Swindling, JD, CSP

Negotiation speaker, author and expert Linda Swindling, JD, CSP, helps leaders negotiate everything from big deals to workplace drama using proven strategies that drive results without driving others away.

Linda helps leaders enhance business relationships; improve sales opportunities; communicate more effectively so they are heard and understood; and to have the courage and confidence to ask outrageously to get what they really want.

Linda learned first-hand how to negotiate results from her experiences in the courtroom and the boardroom. During her 10 years practicing law, Linda became a partner, had several successes negotiating multimillion-dollar deals, and resolved cases that “couldn’t be settled.” She also became a respected mediator in the Texas legal community. In addition to earning her law degree, Linda received advanced negotiation training through the Attorney-Mediators Institute, Harvard/MIT’s Program on Negotiation, and The University of Houston’s A.A. White Dispute Resolution Center. Linda also spent five years with Vistage, the world’s largest CEO development organization. During her role as a Chair at Vistage, she advised and coached CEOs and key executives both in one-to-one settings and in peer groups.

Linda is an engaging keynote speaker and facilitator who delivers take-home strategies which work in the real work environment. Her material is innovative, based on original research and more than 20 years of experience. You won’t hear anecdotal or intangible theories based on books she read. PANELIST:  Christine Cashen, CSP, CPAE

One of the world’s most sought-after business humorists, Christine delivers a fast-paced, uproarious program brimming with memorable quips and relevant content that helps audiences spark new and innovative ideas, manage conflict, reduce stress, energize employees, and create a happier more productive workplace.

Christine was inducted into the CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame, is a Certified Speaking Professional, and yes, she is also a Certified Virtual Presenter.

Author of the award-winning books, THE GOOD STUFF and It’s YOUR Business, Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication and a master’s degree in Adult Education. In 2016, she was the recipient of an honorary doctorate from Central Michigan University.

Before embarking on her journey as a speaker, she worked as a university admissions officer, corporate trainer, and broadcaster. She is a mother of two, wife of a “hottie engineer,” and an average golfer.

PANELIST:  Betty Garrett, CMP

Founder Betty Garrett, CMP, has been active in the meeting industry over four decades. She came to Texas from Louisiana with the burning desire to work for an airline and her dream came true when Braniff International hired her.

Betty was able to transfer her skills from the airline to meeting planning at Young President’s Organization, the business travel department at Mary Kay Cosmetics and Meeting Professionals International (MPI). She developed relationships with the many professional speakers she hired for her programs, so it was a natural progression to start GSI.

Betty is a leader in Meeting Professionals International, having served as chapter president, and was the recipient of the Marion Kershner Memorial Leadership Award by MPI.  The National Speakers Association named her the Partner of the Year, and she has helped many speakers gain momentum on the speaking circuit.

PANELIST:  Michael Hoffman, CSP

Pre-Covid:  Michael Hoffman CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) has been igniting Fortune 500 organizations with his workshops and keynotes for over 25 years. He is president of Igniting Performance, a training and consulting firm, specializing in the areas of leadership, sales, and customer loyalty.

Michael pulls from his varied experience in sales and human resources, as well as, being an entrepreneur, TV host, and national sales trainer.  Explosively funny! Hilarious, engaging, entertaining and unique in his ability to reach people on an emotional and practical level at the same time.

Using a unique brand of performance comedy and interactive delivery, Michael has conducted extensive personal and professional development seminars for thousands of people across the globe.

Since-Covid:

Michael’s video with his daughter dancing in his kitchen has gone viral in over a dozen countries and reached more people around the globe than anything he’s ever said or done in business in the last 2.5 decades. Go figure.
