Here's How the Charbonneau Academy will Enhance Your Speaking Skills & Help You Build a Better Business!

In-person Sessions: 28 hours of expert-led training done in-person

Virtual Sessions: Nine hours (three three-hour Zoom calls) of dedicated implementation time to "do the work"
Virtual calls take place in December, March and May. Dates and times will be set by the group. All attendees will get time to present what they're working on and utilize the group for accountability.

Monthly Topics:
November: Speaking, presenting, and story-telling skills, as well as learning a formula to create a winning keynote. - December: Virtual implementation session. What did you work on this month? Whether it was your signature story, and outline for your keynote, or improving your delivery skills--come try it out on us!
- January: Branding, marketing, and running your business. Set up a CRM system to collect and track client information. Learn what you need to look for in a contract to protect you and your material. Get examples of contracts and more!
- February: Where and how to find clients. Selling "you" and your services with scripts to practice. How to leave a message and how to talk to a potential client who answers the phone. What should or shouldn't go into an introduction email.
- March: Virtual implementation session. What are you working on? What do you want to practice or ask about from any of the sessions so far? Come try it out on us!
- April: Creating additional streams of income. Create an outline for writing your credibility-building book. Learn how to start a podcast or become a guest on one. Learn about starting an online membership program or online course.
- May: Virtual implementation session. What are you working on? What do you want to practice or ask questions about? Come wrap up the Academy and set goals for what's next! Find accountability partners for moving forward.

What if I can't attend one of the in-person sessions?
- All sessions will be recorded for your access after the event.
What is required to "graduate" ?
- Maintain your chapter membership throughout the program.
- Complete 3 of the 4 Academy sessions either in person on video with session questions answered.
Is a "showcase" included?
- A showcase is not included, but NSA North Texas will likely offer an opportunity to get video in late Spring 2025.
