About Janine"JJ" Conway
Janine “JJ” Conway was the first African American to serve as a physicist in the Air Force, where she retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after 23 years. She became a financial planner after returning from a 6-month trip to discover her house sold, divorce papers, and over $845,000 debt to her name.
JJ learned how to make money work for her quickly, yet ethically. She now helps others dump debt, build wealth, and leave a legacy using the same financial management and personal growth skills. She also mirrors these principles when working with businesses to improve processes, people, and profit.
